Sean Wood, founder of SIREN approached me about identity work for his commercial real-estate company. SIREN’s focus is on the retail segment of the commercial real estate industry, specifically in the west and southwest U.S. Their business model was to buy commercial real estate, develop neighborhood, community and lifestyle shopping centers and sell them after 5-7 years. SIREN’s needed a very professional and established look to attract the retail and lifestyle tenants into their buildings, and to attract investors to put down capital on the developments. SIREN needed a full identity package, and a presentation folder with stepped sheets outlining their services to retail tenants and the executive summary for investors.
